Australian CGT on primary residence based in UK

Hello,

I have a question on Australian CGT.

We bought a house in the UK,

moved to Australia and rented it out,

became Australian citizens.

We may move back permanently to the UK in future.
If we do move back then sell our house, will Australian CGT apply to it?
We don't own a property over here.
