Hello all, been a while since I've been on the boards. Some new names, some familiar (Hi Craig - how's Perth?)

My question is this - similarly to Pollyanna's posting a while back, I'm looking for clarification on the tax status of a prospective spouse visa holder. My partner and I are now married and I will shortly be converting to a spouse visa but in the meantime I need to confirm if I am a 'permanent resident for taxation purposes' (as I believe myself to be) or if I am still a temporary resident until the visa is converted? Any pointers?

Cheers
Dan

OK everyone - stop looking! I found it and it's all good! (Easy when you look in the right place!)
Here's the link, which if my interpretation is right, will cover pretty much all visas:

Are you a Resident?
