Can anyone list for me the advantages and disdvantages of remaining as "non domicile" in UK for tax purposes. My family and I all have dual citizenship and have been working and living in UK for last 10 years. I have rental/shares income from house retained in OZ therfore need to submit tax returns in both countries. What are the implications for UK Inheritance tax ?. Would appreciate some advice.

Also can anyone recommend an accountant in Sussex/Surrey area that has expertise with both Uk/Oz tax that I can consult with as its getting too complex for my UK accountant.

We're not in Surrey or Sussex, but we can help with the preparation and submission of Tax Returns in both countries.

T 023 80 30 25 24 (Southampton), or send me an email/PM (click on my name to the left of this post).

Best regards.
